Refunds & Exchanges
Live Plants:
- Due to the nature of live plants, all sales are final and we do not accept returns.
- If your plant arrives severely damaged or dead, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the plant, packaging, and shipping label for review. Refunds or replacements will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Non-Plant Items (Accessories & Supplies):
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
- Once an order has been shipped and scanned by the carrier, Chlorophyll LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages due to carrier errors.
- Customers should contact USPS or UPS directly for missing packages.
- If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please check with neighbors or your local post office. We are unable to issue refunds for stolen packages.
